When a serial killer begins terrorizing Manhattan, the New York Police Headquarters assigns two detectives, played by Franky G and Jeffrey De Serrano, to restore peace amidst the turmoil. Meanwhile, six international students studying in New York, unaware of the lurking threat, are organizing a memorial to honor the memory of their 30 fellow students who perished in a tragic plane crash the previous year.
