The Secret Garden

Adapted from Frances Hodgson Burnett’s 1911 novel, the narrative follows Mary Lennox, a 10-year-old orphan who is both ill-tempered and frail. After losing her parents to a cholera epidemic, she is sent to reside with her uncle in England. At first, Mary is unpleasant and disagreeable, but as she starts to wander around her uncle’s property, she forms a bond with a robin. Intrigued by tales of a mysterious enclosed garden, she embarks on a quest to locate it, ultimately finding it to be more enchanting than she had ever anticipated.
